Guitar
You will need:
- An empty tissue box
- Tin foil
- Sellotape
- Scissors
- String
Step 1
Wrap the empty tissue box in tin foil so it's completely covered and secure with tape. You can tuck the tin foil inside the hole and it will stay in place.
Step 2
Attach three pieces of string tightly across the middle, and get those little fingers plucking!
Trumpet
You will need:
- Long cardboard tube
- Non-toxic washable paints
- Paintbrush
Step 1
First, paint the cardboard tube – your baby can help with this bit. Use lots of colours and patterns.
Step 2
Once the paint is dry, show your baby how to make a sound by blowing into the trumpet. What noises can they make?
Tambourine
You will need:
- Sellotape roll
- Piece of paper
- Felt tips
- Masking tape
- Scissors
Step 1
Colour in the paper with a rainbow pattern (or use wrapping paper -for an easy way to add an instant design!) Cover one side of the Sellotape roll with the paper.
Step 2
Secure the paper in place with masking tape.
Step 3
Now, give the tambourine to your baby to play with – can they give it a tap to make a noise?
